Connie Francis: Hip Surgery Let Me Walk Again!

Singing legend Connie Francis is miraculously on her feet again after surgery on her painful, arthritis-riddled hip. The 71-year-old singer of the classic ’50s and ’60s tunes Lipstick on Your Collar, Who’s Sorry Now and Stupid Cupid underwent the operation on her left side less than two months ago and quickly bounced back.
“Within three days I was home and walking without a cane!” the ecstatic songbird tells GLOBE in a world exclusive interview. “I have a physical therapist come to my home every day now, and then I’ll go to rehab three times a week.”
